Officers were called to Grays Park, Orsett Road, at around 12.50pm on Sunday 9 August following reports of a man behaving suspiciously in the park. As part of our enquiries, we believe a man who was in the park at the time spoke to the suspect about his behaviour before leaving the area prior to officers arriving.
