"Based on the testimony today, the court finds there is probable cause to believe that a felony has been committed in Milwaukee County by Mr. Tyler. Prosecutors say back in April, Krause got a ride from a group of teenagers, including Tyler, after offering to pay them for gas. Tyler is accused of shooting and killing Krause after planning to rob him. Records show Tyler is due back in court Sept. 9.
