PANJGUR — Five terrorists of Fitna Al Hindustan were killed during high-tempo, intelligence-led counter-terrorism operation in Panjgur district, security officials said, in the latest action against militant networks operating in Balochistan. Security personnel conducted extensive sanitization operations following the engagement to detect and eliminate any remaining threats, officials said. Security officials reported 15 suspected militants killed in the eight districts, followed by a separate operation in Panjgur where five more suspected militants were reportedly killed. Another operation in Kambela and Asimabad reportedly covered around 68 square kilometres, leaving three suspected militants dead, two bodies recovered and four others wounded. Pakistani authorities claimed hitting militants or terrorists and have linked some of the broader threat to groups including the TTP.
