According to Moscow Deputy City Administrator Nichoel Baird Spencer, the signal is set to be installed by the Idaho Transportation Department at the intersection of Reisenauer Road and U.S. Highway 95. It will be funded by developers working on a south Moscow business park called the SOMO development. Moscow will provide those fees to ITD when the signal is installed. SEL’s Moscow campus is located on Reisenauer Road.
