Popeyes has responded after two customers filed a lawsuit seeking more than $1.5 million over an alleged “condom-like foreign object” found inside a piece of fried chicken. Justin Howard and Danielle McKinnon purchased the chicken from a Popeyes restaurant on South Sam Houston Parkway West in Houston, Texas, on July 25, according to the lawsuit. Howard says he bit into the chicken before discovering the unidentified object embedded inside it.
