Chamisa accused those currently in power of abandoning the principles that inspired the liberation struggle. He cited the 2023 elections, delimitation processes, voter registration, parliamentary proceedings surrounding Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3, recalls and by-elections among issues he said had undermined citizens’ political rights. “We shall continue to pursue a Zimbabwe where Citizens choose their leaders freely.
