Isaac is charged with Unlawfully Manufacturing a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of Ammunition. He is accused of unlawfully manufacturing the pipe gun without being the holder of the required gunsmith licence, and of possessing the firearm and ammunition without the appropriate firearm user’s licence.
