Representatives of the second generation, former members Thomas R. J. Hoyer and Martina Hoyer- Hertel, continue to support the Advisory Board in a consultative role. As part of the new team composition, Thomas R. J. Hoyer hands over the Advisory Board Chair to Hans-Georg Frey. For the first time, the Board’s Chair is now taken by one of the external Advisory Board experts. Frey, formerly Chairman of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich, has been a member of the HOYER Group's Advisory Board for nine years and previously served as its Vice Chairman. “This step is the logical continuation of a path we, as a family-owned business, have followed for decades,” says Thomas R.
