Storm King Art Center in New York’s Hudson Valley has filled its senior curatorial vacancy after over a year and half. First reported by Artnet, Anne Reeve will lead the sculpture park’s curatorial program as senior curator from November 1. Reeve said in a statement, “I’ve long appreciated Storm King as an incubator for serious sculptural thinking. Lawrence is the first non-family member to lead Storm King since its founding by businessman Ralph E. Ogden in 1960. She also curated “Put It This Way: (Re)Visions of the Hirshhorn Collection” (2022–2023), a major permanent collection exhibition of women and nonbinary artists.
