The Tyler Office Center, through Venue Properties, Inc., invites local artists to submit concept ideas for two new suspended artworks that will hang in the main lobby. For around three decades, Venue Properties, Inc. has acted as the leasing and managing broker for the Tyler Office Center. All information must be submitted by Sept. 15, no later than 11:59 p.m. via TOCArtContest@venueproperties.com, where all submissions become property of the Tyler Office Center. “We want it to be visually attractive and it needs to be lightweight because it is hanging art,” Halbrooks said. “I think the Tyler Office Center being in downtown kind of lends itself to that.”
