A 72-year-old man who went missing three days ago has been found dead on a mountain trail in Hong Kong’s Sha Tin district. He left his home on Pik Tin Street in Tai Wai that morning and failed to return. Police, firefighters, the Government Flying Service and Civil Aid Service subsequently mounted a days-long search. At about 11.30am on Tuesday, rescuers found a man collapsed on a mountain trail in Man Hang, Fo Tan. Police said the man was understood to be the missing 72-year-old, adding that the cause of death would be determined by a postmortem examination.
