Randall P. Owen, better known as Randy or Big O, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at his home at the age of 81. Mr. Owen was born in Peach Bottom, Pa., on January 5, 1945, to the late Harvey Glea and Darrie McNeil Owen. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Betty Lou Daughaday Owen, their daughter Laura Marie Owen McCoy, and six siblings. This is a time of peace and rest for our father Randall (Randy) Owen.
