Hyderabad: Adamas University (AU) announced a strategic collaboration with Salesforce, an Agentic AI CRM, to establish West Bengal’s first Salesforce Academia Centre of Excellence. The collaboration will equip students and faculty with hands-on access to Salesforce technologies including Agentforce, Agentforce 360 Platform, Tableau and Data 360. Arundhati Bhattacharya, President, Salesforce, said: "The AI era will not be defined by technology alone, but by the quality of talent we build to harness it responsibly.
