A local man is facing charges after two people were assaulted in Tilbury. The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to an address on Bond Avenue at around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday after a man pushed another man to the ground. As a result, officers arrested a 24-year-old Chatham-Kent man. He is now charged with two counts of assault and one count of assault causing bodily harm. The accused was later released and will answer the charges in court in November.
