Boston Herald
The Archbishop Williams quarterback went 12-of-16 for 270 yards and threw three touchdowns while rushing for another in the Bishops’ 49-27 win over Catholic Central League foe Bishop Fenwick.
On the ensuing drive, Garrity connected with Nelson for a 77-yard touchdown.
However, Garrity struck with his third touchdown pass to Nelson to re-establish the three-score lead at the end of the third quarter.
Fenwick responded again with a deep touchdown pass from Kiricoples, but Garrity rushed it in on the next Bishops’ drive.
O’Connell finished with 130 rushing yards and a touchdown while Nelson had nine catches for 115 yards and three touchdowns.
