PLYMOUTH — On July 31, 2026, at 6:26 p.m., Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on avehicle whose registered owner was a habitual traffic violator. The vehicle owner was identified as Karie Beaird, 55 years old, of Rochester. Beaird was driving and was taken into custody for driving while a habitual traffic violator. During the search of the vehicle, marijuana was located, along with marijuana pipes. Both parties were placed under arrest for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and transported to Marshall County Jail.
