"New neighbourhood retail floorspace deliveries across Sydney are forecast to decline by approximately 41 per cent, on an annual basis, over the next five years versus the previous decade, while Greater Sydney's population is projected to grow by over 350,000 people (1.2 per cent annually) during the same period.
