From July 29-31, Iowa State’s dance team went to Columbia, Missouri to take part in the National Dance Alliance (NDA) camp. The purpose of NDA camps is to establish the foundation of these student athletes’ routines ahead of the academic school year. The Cyclones took home first place for their D1A Pro Team Dance routine. Earning the title allows student athletes to participate in exclusive events such as the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade or London New Year’s Day Parade. Iowa State’s dance team also performs at men’s and women’s basketball games.
