Elementary school children and their families are invited to enjoy a free evening of outdoor play during monthly Open Kids Play Area events at Glen Acres Church of Christ in Burien, continuing this Friday, Aug. 14. The church is opening its playground to community elementary school students at no charge on the second Friday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The play area includes a slide, swings, a fort, a castle and a boat.
