Ben went above and beyond this past weekend when a group of MBA students–along with Ben and I–were stranded in Frankfurt, Germany. Due to a late arriving plane and delay at Passport Control, we missed our connection to Chicago. Ben diligently worked with the airline to reroute the group (~20) on multiple flights the following day. He also helped to get us all accommodations and meals for the night. I’m thankful to say we made it all back about a day late, safe and sound!
