Satara, August 11: A devastating road accident occurred in Satara district of Maharashtra. Late on Monday night, a speeding car collided violently with a truck on the Pune-Bengaluru Highway near the Shirwal area. Tragically, four young men lost their lives at the scene, while two others sustained serious injuries and are currently receiving treatment at a hospital. The injured individuals, Dikshit Dayanand Pujari (20) and Mayur Hanumant Shinde (20), are also from the Kamshat area. The Shirwal police have registered a case and are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
