The Park City Police Department received several recent reports of wildlife sightings, including a case involving moose that attracted a crowd of onlookers.
The recent reports include:On Friday, Aug. 7, at 1:46 a.m., a wildlife issue involving an unspecified species was reported on Richardson Flat Road.
On Thursday, Aug. 6, at 9:37 a.m., a moose and a calf were seen in the area of Deer Valley Drive and Mellow Mountain Road.
On Tuesday, Aug. 4, at 4:32 p.m., a cow moose and a calf were seen on a hillside close to Deer Valley Drive.
The Park City area provides habitat for wildlife like moose, deer and elk.
