A man has been charged over an incident at a local shopping centre earlier today. About 11am, emergency services were called to the Caddens Corner shopping centre on O’Connell Street, Caddens, following reports of an assault. Officers from Nepean Police Area Command attended and were told a 20-year-old man had allegedly threatened two men in the car park while holding a pair of scissors.
