Kenny Chesney is teaming up with Megan Moroney once again, and this time, the collaboration came about largely because Moroney made it clear she wanted in. The country superstar recently opened up about their upcoming duet, “It Just Got Weird,” revealing that Moroney essentially volunteered herself for the track. “There’s something about her voice,” Chesney explained, noting that the song called for a particular sense of angst and energy between the two voices. Their Second Collaboration“It Just Got Weird” marks the second collaboration between Chesney and Moroney. The pair previously joined forces on “You Had To Be There,” a song Moroney wrote for Chesney as an end-of-tour gift.
