Mr Burnham and Mr Healey are scheduled to present the Autumn Statement on October 28. From 2027 onwards, Mr Healey must contend with former Chancellor Rachel Reeves' proposed ISA reforms coming into force. This would reduce the cash ISA allowance for those below 65 years of age from £20,000 down to £12,000, reports Birmingham Live. However, Morningstar reports Healey could "revisit this policy, scrap it, and restore the full ISA allowance for cash savings."
