A local school has produced a remarkable comeback to secure its second Boccia Championship title in four years. St Clair High School reclaimed the NSW State Boccia Championship title after defeating defending champions Wagga Wagga High School 5-4 in the Grand Final at Sydney Olympic Park. The victory is the second title for St Clair High School in four years. The championship team consisted of Captain Adam Busuttil, Vice-Captain Rathushaan Muraledaran, Junior Iosua, Marcus Lopez, Muhammad Haris Sohail, and Andre Holmes. St Clair High School Principal Julie Tegart expressed her immense pride in the team’s performance.
