The BriefMoneyGram switched on its cash-to-crypto service on Solana, and Rift is the only wallet live with it so far. MoneyGram already runs a Solana validator, issues the MGUSD stablecoin on Stellar, and sits on the backer list for Stripe’s Open USD. MoneyGram said Tuesday that MoneyGram Ramps, its fiat on and off ramp, is live on Solana, giving wallets, exchanges and developers on the chain a route into its retail cash network. Rift, an AI-powered trading platform, is the first Solana wallet to integrate it. The release does not say which Solana assets or stablecoins Ramps supports, or what the ramp costs a user.
