Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, has identified the absence of justice, equity and fairness as major factors responsible for Nigeria’s faltering democracy. Diri also said that without fiscal federalism and strict adherence to the rule of law, democracy would continue to struggle in the country.
