Bank of Italy, June 2026 mortgages at 3.95%: loans +2.7%

In June 2026 the APR on new loans to families for the purchase of homes stood at 3.95%, just below the 3.96% recorded in May.
At the same time, loans to families accelerated to +2.7% on an annual basis, from +2.6% in the previous month.
