Investment sales in Singapore’s property market are expected to reach $45b to $50b in 2026, barring major macroeconomic shocks. ETC Digest - Q2 2026, a quarterly report on commercial real estate performance by Realion (OrangeTee & ETC) Research, said the first half of 2026 saw investment sales reaching $31b. Hospitality assets recorded stronger market activity in Q2, with total sales value surging to $1.1b from $144.5m in Q1. In the collective sales market, Loyang Valley was successfully sold for $880m to a SingHaiyi Group-led consortium, marking one of the largest collective sales since 2022. Realion said market activity is expected to carry over to the second half of the year.
