Seiko launches six new limited-editions in Edo purple, with the Astron capped at 2,000 pieces

The second wave, announced in May, was built around Seiko Blue — the shade the brand settled on during the 1960s.
This third group uses what Seiko calls Edo purple, a reference to a dye colour that was popular in Edo-period Tokyo clothing.

A sixth Edo purple release also joins this lineup in October — a digital Seiko Selection built on the 1982 Rotocall.
