Sobi will pay Innate $75 million upfront, with a further $40 million tied to near-term development milestones in Sézary syndrome, an aggressive subtype of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). Innate will run TELLOMAK-3, a Phase III trial testing lacutamab in patients with Sézary syndrome and mycosis fungoides who have failed at least one prior systemic. The study is designed to support a filing for accelerated approval in Sézary syndrome, followed by full approvals in both that indication and mycosis fungoides. Lacutamab already carries Fast Track and Breakthrough Therapy designations from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for relapsed or refractory Sézary syndrome.
