Click the + Icon To See Additional Sharing OptionsThe Trenton City Council denied an ordinance, approved bids for demolition and tree work, and discussed nuisance abatement, staffing, infrastructure, and other city matters during its Aug. 10 meeting. The council also accepted the lowest of three bids for demolition and cleanup of five properties under the 2026 City Demolition Project. The discussion followed a request from Council Member Lindsay Stevens for a report on the status of nuisance cases, a subject that also was discussed at the previous council meeting. Harline said an Administrative Committee meeting had not been scheduled, although it could be held on the same day as a Utility Committee meeting. He said one could occur during a committee meeting, with the other conducted during a City Council meeting.
