Court records show Associate Circuit Judge Michael Richard Leamer issued a warrant Aug. 7 specifically identifying it as a “BOND VIOLATION” warrant. The August warrant does not identify the specific action or conduct that constituted the alleged bond violation. It does, however, establish that the bond violation was the basis for the new warrant and Clark’s subsequent August arrest. A second felony assault count alleges Clark struck another individual in the head with a closed fist. The criminal charges and alleged bond violation are accusations and do not constitute findings of guilt.
