August 3Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) deputies were dispatched to a report of theft in progress involving a tractor. August 7A deputy with the JCSO located a wanted subject, Ulysses Jefferson, 41, of Madras, in Madras. Jefferson was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant. August 8A JCSO deputy received a report of a domestic violence assault in Crooked River Ranch (CRR). August 9Deputies with the JCSO responded to assist an Oregon State Trooper with a suspected impaired driver who had crashed off Highway 97 north of Madras.
