Maroc Telecom Beach Festival (Festival des Plages) has drawn large crowds in Tangier during its first four nights, with concerts featuring a range of Moroccan artists and musical styles, according to Morocco’s Press Agency (MAP). The festival’s Tangier stage opened on August 6, marking the second stop on this year’s tour after M’diq. From August 6 to 9, large audiences attended performances by Moroccan artists Cheb Amrou, Hamza Senhaji, Dizzy DROS, and Ikram El Abdia. The concerts attracted families, groups of friends, and other festivalgoers, creating a lively atmosphere throughout the four nights. After Tangier, the Maroc Telecom Beach Festival will move to Al Hoceima and then Saidia, two long-standing stops on the festival’s summer tour.
