There's always a scale tipping somewhere behind that title, and in RuneScape's case it's Guthix, back to run the show for Leagues II: Equilibrium. It is basically a fresh start on Gielinor with faster experience gains, new powers to unlock, and a leaderboard to climb before the season ends. Rather than handing you the whole of Gielinor from the off, Equilibrium locks it up front, and you unlock new regions, bosses and skilling spots by completing tasks. Go one way and you close off another, which means the path you take actually shapes what powers you end up with. Stack those against the locked map and no two runs are likely to look the same, which is the whole point of a Leagues season existing at all.
