The NOC said the drone struck a storage tank operated by Brega Petroleum Marketing Company containing about 4.5 million liters of gasoline. The attack followed two other reported drone strikes targeting the refinery complex. A water desalination plant was hit Sunday, and a naphtha storage tank came under attack Saturday, according to the NOC. The NOC later reported another drone strike targeting an oil blending and filling facility operated by the Zawiya Oil Refining Company. The drone landed near a main oil storage tank and a pipeline network used to produce petroleum products for Libya’s domestic market.
