AI Companies Drive Office DemandAI companies have taken 661,100 square feet of London office space so far in 2026, according to Knight Frank.
The property firm expects AI companies to occupy about one million square feet during the full year, roughly double the 2025 total.
Recent large leases include Anthropic taking 158,000 square feet at One Triton Square and OpenAI signing for 88,500 square feet at Regent’s Quarter.
BioCorteX moved from Holborn to King’s Cross about 18 months ago, while Latent Labs operates offices in both King’s Cross and San Francisco.
Wayve moved to King’s Cross in 2018, seeking an office that could also accommodate a garage for its autonomous vehicle work.
