Staff ReportWARSAW – A Warsaw man was recently arrested for allegedly preventing a woman from leaving a residence. Paul Joseph Neata II, 33, 895 S. Caleb Court, Warsaw, is charged with criminal confinement, a level 6 felony; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor. On Aug. 3, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Winona Lake Police officers conducted a welfare check at a residence. According to court documents, upon arrival at the scene, officers noticed the home’s front door was partially open. Officers noticed light red marks on the inside of the woman’s biceps while at the scene.
