Abhijit Nath, NET Correspondent, TripuraAgartala, August 11, 2026: A batch of 27 newly recruited Tripura Civil Service (TCS) officers, currently undergoing foundational training, called on Tripura Governor Shri N. Indrasena Reddy at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday. The officers also shared their experiences of various components of the training programme, including field visits, institutional sessions and interactions at the grassroots level. The Governor noted that such diverse academic expertise could contribute significantly to effective and modern public administration. Congratulating the officers on their selection to the state civil service, Governor Indrasena Reddy stressed the importance of transparency, efficiency and empathy in public administration. He also encouraged the officers to make effective use of technology and their specialised knowledge to improve public service delivery.
