Staff ReportLIGONIER – Two from Columbia City are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Ligonier. Donald Louis Clark, 57, 5729 N. Center St., Columbia City, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony; and a traffic infraction for a motor vehicle with a muffler not in good working order. Jennifer Susan Clark, 51, 5729 N. Center St., Columbia City, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. Police also noticed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle and a K9 unit alerted to drugs. Donald told police he was aware of the meth in the vehicle and that he recently used drugs with Jennifer.
