['Sonia Veneziani-Rocha']
Hexham Courant | News
Rowan McCabe’s latest stage show, Hard Knocks, will be performed at the Queen’s Hall in Hexham on Tuesday, September 8, at 7.30pm.
Described as a blend of comedy and spoken word, the show explores themes of community, connection, and everyday humour through poetry.
Rowan McCabe, known as the world’s first Door-to-Door Poet, has been described by Stuart Maconie as "very funny and very charming."
He spent 2019 travelling across England, knocking on strangers’ doors and writing bespoke poems for them free of charge.
Tickets start from £11, and are available from the Queen's Hall website.
