ODOT has identified the area north of Redmond where NW Galloway Ave. and O’Neil Highway meet Highway 97 as a serious traffic safety concern. O’Neil Highway and Pershall Way will be closed at their connections with Highway 97 during construction. One lane of U.S. Highway 97 will be closed in both directions during construction from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
