The Bend North Little League 12U season is not over yet. After falling behind 3-0 in the first inning against Alaska’s Abbott O Rabbit Little League, Bend North scored 11 unanswered runs to win 11-3 and avoid elimination from the Northwest Regional Monday afternoon in San Bernardino, California. Bend North will play either Soundview (Washington) or West Valley (Idaho) Little League at noon on Wednesday. The winner of Wednesday’s game will play in Thursday evening’s championship game for a spot in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Bend North fell to Soundview Little League 5-3 on Saturday evening in its opening game.
