P Krishna Mohan Rao claimed that after several hearings, the advocate representing the company admitted to an error on their part and requested time to rectify the situation. Having filed his complaint with RERA in September 2025, P Krishna Mohan Rao successfully completed flat registration in March 2026. Advising home buyers to approach RERA whenever they encounter cheating by realtors, P Krishna Mohan Rao stressed the importance of maintaining proper documentation. He added that the judge issued stern warnings that future complaints from other consumers over similar issues would attract heavy penalties.
