The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking experienced non-governmental and non-profit organisations to implement early recovery and livelihood activities in conflict-affected rural communities across Ukraine.
About the WFP Ukraine Early Recovery and Livelihoods ProgrammeThe WFP Ukraine Early Recovery and Livelihoods Programme responds to the continuing social and economic impacts of the war in Ukraine.
Under its Interim Country Strategic Plan for Ukraine 2025–2027, WFP is supporting a transition from emergency humanitarian assistance toward early recovery, resilience, and restoration of livelihoods.
Early Recovery and Livelihoods ApproachThe programme uses an early recovery approach, which means that humanitarian assistance is combined with activities designed to restore livelihoods and local economic capacity.
