"One is if they are abandoned, and we determine they're abandoned by putting notices on them, and if no one claims the equipment within seven days, then we remove that equipment. On many occasions, the Homes NSW agencies also provide us with a document signed by the people who were using that site, authorising us to remove the gear, and we're doing it because it's actually a significant health issue for us."
