Information filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows a Taco Casa is planned to locate in a strip center at 116 E. Loop 281 in Longview. The retail and restaurant development there includes Golden Corral and Chuy’s and is across from Longview High School. Renovations are expected to start at the end of the month and be finished by about Nov 20. The expected cost to renovate the 2,225-square-foot space is $250,000. Taco Casa has had locations in Longview in previous years.
