#Lions QB Teddy Bridgewater has informed the team that he plans to step away from the team, with retirement likely. It's also hard to imagine a much better setup for an "unproven" QB than this uber-talented Lions offense. Rattler, still 25, is probably better value than any quarterback available in the fourth round, even in a deep 2027 draft class. Sanders' value is not very high, although this trade probably has to wait until the Browns officially name Watson QB1, assuming that's how it plays out. Dillon Gabriel isn't a starting QB but he can realistically hold down the backup role for a team with zero competitive expectations.
